    CHALLENGE Get ready for a full body sculpt class that will challenge you right from the start. Theres lots of variety in this class so it will fly. Expect standing lunges, kneeling glute work, abs on your back and kneeling arms. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

    CHALLENGE This 20-minute class is the perfect no equipment class if you want to give the abs and booty a bit more attention. It's a really focused class that will have you feeling the burn.

  • 20-Minute Upper Body & Core

    Episode 4

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a really focused class that will work the upper body and core.
    No equipment needed
    Option to add wrist weights for an extra challenge

  • 15-Minute Energising Yoga with Daniella

    Episode 5

    SATISFY This is a beautiful Hatha Yoga practice. After this class with Daniella you will feel grounded, energised and ready for your day.
    No equipment needed.

  • 50-Minute Full Body Strength 5

    Episode 6

    CHALLENGE This Strength class uses weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, this class is for you.
