  • Full Body Sculpt w/ Pilates Ball

    Episode 1

    CHALLENGE This full body sculpt class will have you feeling that deep Pilates burn that we all love. If you don't have a ball, you can still do this class without it or you can improvise with a small yoga block or a cushion.
    Equipment: Pilates ball

  • 32-Minute Full Body Strength 4

    Episode 2

    CHALLENGE This Strength class uses weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, this class is for you.
    Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn.
    Equipment needed: Weights (2kg, 3kg,4kg or 5kg)

  • Abs & Booty 1

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This class will do exactly as the name suggests, work the abs and the glutes. Get ready to feel the burn with this 20-minute sequence!
    No equipment needed

  • 20-Minute Upper Body & Arms

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This class is all about strengthening and toning the arms and the upper body.
    Equipment: Wrist/ankle weights
    *Class can also be done without equipment

  • Quick Abs

    Episode 5

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE Get ready to feel that deep Pilates core burn in less than 5-minutes.
    No equipment needed

  • Yin Yoga with Daniella

    Episode 6

    SATISFY This is a slow paced, restful, evening Yin Yoga practice. It's the perfect class to release tension and tightness in the body and the mind.
    No equipment needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1

    Episode 7

    CHALLENGE This is a challenging, but enjoyable sequence, that you will feel great after.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights (class can also be done without weights)
