CHALLENGE This class is all about getting the heart rate up and targeting the core. The core exercises in this class are challenging, but go at your own pace and embrace the burn.

Cardio Sculpt 25th May
CHALLENGE This Cardio Sculpt class has 3 blocks of work. Each block has 2 x 1-minute exercises and you'll do each exercise twice. The class will finish with a 2-minute plank sequence. It's a tough, but enjoyable class.

Cardio Flow 1st June
CHALLENGE This Cardio Flow class is low impact. It will challenge you and you'll still get your heart rate up in this whole body workout, even without the jumping exercises.
