4-Week Bump & Glow Programme

4 Seasons

This 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme focuses on gently maintaining strength in the body. The classes are a mix of styles including Sculpt, Stretch, Cardio, Strength and Barre classes. We recommend Bump & Glow for Moms-to-be who have been doing Pilates pre-pregnancy or as a progression to our pregnancy 4-Week Gentle Pilates Programme.
This programme is designed to challenge you in a safe and gentle way, but as always, listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you.

Equipment: Weights - 3kg or 4kg, light hand weights (1.5kg or 2kg), Pilates ball, band.

Trimester: This programme is typically most suitable to 2nd Trimester or early 3rd Trimester.

***Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.
We also recommend watching our Pregnancy Introduction video before beginning the classes***

Class 2 - Pregnancy Core & Pelvic Floor 1 + 10-Minute Barre Arms
Class 3 - Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights & Ball
Class 4 - 8-Minute Arms + 10-Minute Standing Legs 1

Week 2
Class 1 - Low Impact Cardio
Class 2 - 10-Minute Standing Legs 2 + 15-Minute Arms 2
Class 3 - Barre & Sculpt
Class 4 - Full Body Strength 6

Week 3
Class 1 - NEW! Full Body Strength 7 - Pregnancy Friendly
Class 2 - Pregnancy Core & Pelvic Floor + 15-Minute Arms 3
Class 3 - Traditional 9
Class 4 - Prenatal Barre

  • Low Impact Cardio

    Episode 1

    SATISFY This Cardio class is low impact so it's the perfect way to get the heart rate up, without any jumping exercises.
    This class is Prenatal friendly so for any moms-to-be, this class is suitable for you.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • Standing Legs 2 (prenatal friendly)

    Episode 2

    SATISFY This is a really nice legs focused class where your remain in standing. It's not too intense, but it's just enough to feel a burn.
    No equipment needed

  • 15-Minute Arms 2

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This class will BURN and tone your arms! Aoife uses 2kg hand weights.1kg or 1.5kg will work really well too. If you don't have weights at home, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Barre & Sculpt - Pregnancy Friendly

    Episode 4

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body Barre & Sculpt class. It's pregnancy friendly, but anyone can do this class.
    Equipment: Chair

  • Full Body Strength 6 - Pregnancy Friendly

    Episode 5

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body strength class that is suitable for any Moms-to-be on the platform. Aoife uses 4kg hand weights, but you can go lighter or heavier depending on how you're feeling.
    Aoife is 20-weeks pregnant in this class.
