This is the perfect high fibre snack. It has just three simple ingredients, and you can liven it up by adding your favourite toppings.
We recommend berries, peanut butter and granola.
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
200ml Milk Of Choice
1 Teaspoon Honey Or Maple Syrup
Method:
1) Add ingredients to a bowl and stir. Place in a fridge for an hour or overnight.
2) Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
