    This is an intermediate level Pilates Core class that focuses on the classical Pilates repertoire. It's all about strength, control, precision and using our breath to help us tap into our deep core muscles.
    No equipment needed.

  • Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball 1

    This is a challenging but quick booty burn class. The moves aren't too intense, but because we are working with the ball, you will be feeling the burn.

    If you are new to Pilates or to our Sculpt classes, this is the perfect one to start with. It will target the whole body and you will feel your muscles working, but in a gentle way.
