This is the perfect schedule if you're new to Pilates. Week 1 will focus on your form and technique. The classes will get progressively more challenging each week to strengthen, tone and align your body.

  • Core Connection Class

    Episode 1

    SATISFY This class is all about connecting to the core. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been a member for a while, this is an incredible class to bring you back to the basics of Pilates.
    No equipment needed.

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 1

    Episode 2

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • Gentle Booty Burn

    Episode 3

    SATISFY This is a really nice class to work the glutes. You will feel the burn, but it's just enough. This class is suitable for any of our Prenatal members too.
    No equipment needed

  • Traditional 9 (prenatal friendly)

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
    Suitable for Pregnancy.
    No equipment needed.

  • Form Focused Full Body

    Episode 5

    SATISFY This is a no-equipment full body class that focuses on the Pilates form and technique. It's the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates and want to dive straight in. If you're a Pilates pro, this class is also incredible to bring you back to basics.
