CHALLENGE Get ready to really challenge the legs in this Barre class. We start with a plank sequence. We then move to a really nice standing Barre sequence, a bridge sequence on the chair, core work on your back and finally, we repeat the Barre sequence on the other side.
Equipment: Chair, hand weights, ankle weights
