Here you will find Barre, what previously were part of our "New Weekly Classes".
As we no longer add these classes to the platform each week, we have uploaded our archived classes so they will still be available to you here.
These are some of the more challenging classes on the platform and we know some of you love them.
Here's a little back story to these classes.
When The Pilates Programme first launched in 2020, we did not have a big on-demand library. We had these three classes, Barre, Burn & Sculpt and Cardio live on Zoom on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. As we have evolved and our library of classes has grown, we changed so that these three classes were no longer live. They were then pre-recorded by Aoife at home and uploaded each Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They would be available for 2 weeks on the site, as an incentive to do them before they would disappear.
We have decided to discontinue these classes as we focus on higher quality filming and building our on-demand library even more.
We know some of you love these Barre, Burn & Sculpt and Cardio classes, so we have put all of these archived classes together here for you to do anytime.

Barre 2nd April
CHALLENGE This Barre class has lots of leg focused exercises. Use your Pilates ball if you have it for an extra burn!

Barre 9th April
CHALLENGE Get ready to embrace the Barre burn in this class. You'll do lots of standing sequences with chair to really challenge the legs. Focus on your form and enjoy this class.

Barre 16th April
CHALLENGE This Barre class is a challenging one, that will work the whole body. Expect lots of leg lifts, Barre squats, kneeling arm exercises, core work on your back and tricep dips on the chair. As always, it's a challenging but enjoyable class.

Barre 30th April
CHALLENGE This might be one of TPP's toughest Barre classes. It's an incredible class to sculpt and tone the whole body and perfect for a day that you're feeling energetic and want to be challenged.

CHALLENGE This is a really nice Barre sequence that will work the whole body. Get ready for a standing lunge sequence, arm work on the chair, planks on the chair and some kneeling arm work. You'll be challenged, but you'll really enjoy this class.

CHALLENGE This Barre class focuses on the legs and the core. Theres lots of variety and different sequences so it will fly. Get ready to feel the burn.

CHALLENGE Get ready to really challenge the legs in this Barre class. We start with a plank sequence. We then move to a really nice standing Barre sequence, a bridge sequence on the chair, core work on your back and finally, we repeat the Barre sequence on the other side.

CHALLENGE This Barre class will work the whole body - the arms, legs, booty and core. This class has it all. Get ready to embrace the burn!

CHALLENGE This Barre class will challenge the legs, but it will also focus on the abs & waist. It's a slower paced Barre class so embrace the burn and enjoy the class.
