    This is a challenging full body Barre inspired Pilates class. You can expect a mostly standing sequence,with just the warm-up and cool down on the mat.
    This is suitable for our pre and postnatal members.
    Equipment: Chair, hand weights.

  • Beginner Barre

    If you're new to Barre, this is the perfect class for you. Barre Pilates is an elegant class that will see you strengthen and lengthen. Take time to familiarise yourself with the correct technique in this Beginner class.
    You will need a chair for this class.

    This is a gentle Barre class focused on lengthening and strengthening the body. If you are new to Barre Pilates, this class will take you through the basic of each exercise. Suitable for our prenatal members.
