This standing Barre class will work predominantly the legs and arms. We will work through a typical Barre sequence, incorporating lots of squats, pulses and work on our toes, while holding one weight for an added arm challenge. You can make this class more gentle by doing it without the weight.
Pregnancy friendly.

This is a challenging full body Barre inspired Pilates class. You can expect a mostly standing sequence,with just the warm-up and cool down on the mat.
This is suitable for our pre and postnatal members.
