This class is all about sculpting the arms. It's just 6-minutes of work and you will be feeling the burn. Aoife uses 1.5kg weights. You can use 2kg for an extra challenge. If you don't have weights, tinned cans or water bottles will work really well.

Quick Upper Body Strength
This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class.
