Challenge your core using the Pilates band. This class is all about that deep Pilates burn. Focus on your form and your breathing and take breaks when you need to.

Deep Core Connect
This is a core class that really focuses on your Pilates technique to help you target those deeper muscles. You can do this class if you're new to Pilates or if you're advanced. Everyone has something to gain from this deep core class.
