This 7-Day Pilates kickstart is the perfect way to start your Pilates journey.
We have picked 7 classes for you to dive straight into TPP. It's the perfect introduction to Pilates.
These classes are perfect to try on a 7 day free trial to see if TPP is for you. You can do the classes consecutively or spread them
out longer than 7 days by adding in rest days as you feel you need to.

No equipment needed for these 7 classes. Classes range from 10-30-minutes.

Day 1: Core Connection Class

    Episode 1

    SATISFY This class is all about connecting to the core. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been a member for a while, this is an incredible class to bring you back to the basics of Pilates.

  • 15-Minute Traditional Pilates

    Episode 2

    SATISFY This is a quick Traditional Pilates class that will leave you feeling energised.
    No equipment needed

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 1

    Episode 3

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • Gentle Booty Burn

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This is a really nice class to work the glutes. You will feel the burn, but it's just enough. This class is suitable for any of our Prenatal members too.

  • Strength & Balance

    Episode 5

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This class focuses on strengthening and balancing mind and body. Focus on your breathing, your Pilates technique and enjoy the movement.

    BEGIN/SATISFY This class is all about the correct Pilates technique for your core exercises.

    SATISFY This is a whole body stretch class that will help you release tension in the body. You can expect to feel energised and refreshed after this class. Focus on your breathing and enjoy the movement.
