So, we did our first 7 DAY INSTAGRAM CHALLENGE a bid to help you get consistent with Pilates and to show you that even the shortest classes can make a difference. So, we challenge you to keep the momentum going by doing this follow-on challenge. It's perfect to do on a 7 day free trial and to allow you to get a feel for TPP. The classes are all less than 15-minutes, so we really are making it as easy as possible for you to fit this into your day.

  • Gentle Deep Core

    This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates or you just want to bring things back to basics. It focuses on the Pilates technique for engaging your core and will gently tap into your deep core muscles.
    No equipment needed.

  • 10-Minute Booty Burn

    This is the perfect quick booty burn class. If you want more of a challenge add ankle weights or a band, or both!
    No equipment needed.

  • 14-Minute Sculpt

    This is a quick and efficient class that will challenge you in the best way.
    Equipment: Light Hand Weights
    Pregnancy Friendly

  • Quick Shoulder Sculpt

    This is a quick class to work the shoulders. If you don't have weights, grab tinned cans or water bottles.
    Equipment: Light hand weights (1kg, 1.5kg or 2kg)

  • 15-Minute Lean Legs

    This is a quick efficient class that will really challenge the legs in order to strengthen and tone. Get ready to feel the burn!

  • 10-Minute Plank Abs

    This 10-minute plank class will challenge you right from the start. It's the perfect class to do on its own, or to add to another.

  • 15-Minute Bodyweight Sculpt

    This is a quick and efficient class that will challenge you in the best way.
