This challenge is all about making a commitment to staying consistent with Pilates this Summer. The Summer can be a busy time for us all with holidays, weekends away and spending time outside. This means that we often fall out of a routine and we know, the key to feeling and seeing the benefits of Pilates is consistency.
So The Pilates Programme has created this challenge that you can do anywhere, anytime, to help you stay consistent with exercise this Summer. Pilates is truly transformative, for the mind and the body. Within a couple of weeks you can expect to feel stronger, leaner and more aligned.

*Choose from 4 or 6 classes a week (4 is recommended for beginners).
*Equipment: Challenge can be done without equipment.

    CHALLENGE This class is all about sculpting and toning the body, using just our body weight. You'll feel strong and connected to your body after this class.

    Episode 2

    CHALLENGE If you want to strengthen and tone the legs and the booty, this is the perfect class. It combines a nice mix of standing and mat work. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE Get ready for a full body sculpt class that will challenge you right from the start. Theres lots of variety in this class so it will fly. Expect standing lunges, kneeling glute work, abs on your back and kneeling arms. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

  • 44-Minute Full Body Strength 3

    Episode 6

    CHALLENGE This Strength class uses weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, this class is for you.
