This challenge is all about making a commitment to staying consistent with Pilates this Summer. The Summer can be a busy time for us all with holidays, weekends away and spending time outside. This means that we often fall out of a routine and we know, the key to feeling and seeing the benefits of Pilates is consistency.
So The Pilates Programme has created this challenge that you can do anywhere, anytime, to help you stay consistent with exercise this Summer. Pilates is truly transformative, for the mind and the body. Within a couple of weeks you can expect to feel stronger, leaner and more aligned.

6-Week Summer Sculpt Challenge
  • Form Focused Full Body

    Episode 1

    SATISFY This is a no-equipment full body class that focuses on the Pilates form and technique. It's the perfect place to start if you're new to Pilates and want to dive straight in. If you're a Pilates pro, this class is also incredible to bring you back to basics.
    No equipment needed

  • Posture Focused Class

    Episode 2

    SATISFY This is a really nice traditional class that focuses on your posture. You will work on strengthening the upper back and shoulders as well as releasing tension in the upper body.
    No equipment needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE This is a challenging, but enjoyable sequence, that you will feel great after.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights (class can also be done without weights)

  • De-Bloat Pilates

    Episode 4

    SATISFY This class is all about reducing stress, calming the nervous system and bringing down cortisol levels in the body. You'll do gentle stretches, core exercises and lots of rotational movements to help your body de-bloat and re-energise.
    No equipment needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Strength 1

    Episode 5

    CHALLENGE This Strength class uses weights to challenge TPP Pilates. If you have been doing the classes for a while and would like more of a challenge, this class is for you.
    Get ready to embrace the Pilates burn.

  • Traditional 8

    Episode 6

    SATISFY This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.
    No equipment needed.
