4-Week Strength Programme
4 Seasons
This 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme focuses on strength. We recommend this for Moms-to-be who have been doing Pilates pre-pregnancy. This programme is designed to challenge you in a safe way, but as always, listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you.
Equipment: Weights - 3kg or 4kg, light hand weights (1.5kg or 2kg), Pilates ball, band.
Trimester: This programme is typically most suitable to 2nd Trimester or early 3rd Trimester.
***Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.

Full Body Strength 7 - Pregnancy Friendly
Episode 1
SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is a full body strength class that is suitable for any Moms-to-be on the platform. Aoife uses 4kg hand weights, but you can go lighter or heavier depending on how you're feeling.
Aoife is 20-weeks pregnant in this class. -
