Wednesday - 12-Minute Booty Burn
Thursday - 20-Minute Full Body Sculpt*
Friday - 8-Minute Arms
Saturday - Arms, Abs & Cardio*
Sunday - R&R

Wednesday - Banded Booty Burn

    Episode 1

    CHALLENGE Get ready for a full body sculpt class that will challenge you right from the start. Theres lots of variety in this class so it will fly. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.
    Equipment: Hand weights & ankle weights
    *Class can be done without equipment

  • 15-Minute Abs with Ball

    Episode 2

    SATISFY/CHALLENGE This class will really challenge the core! If you don't have a ball, you can improvise with a cushion! Enjoy this class and embrace the burn!

  • 8-Minute Plank Abs

    Episode 3

    CHALLENGE Get ready to build strength and embrace the burn with this 8-Minute Plank class.
    No equipment needed.

  • Legs & Booty Burn 2

    Episode 4

    CHALLENGE If you want to strengthen and tone the legs and the booty, this is the perfect class. It combines a nice mix of standing and mat work. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

  • 20-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1

    Episode 5

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect full body sculpt class to fit into a busy schedule. If you don't have hand weights you can do it with tinned cans or water bottles. Embrace the burn and enjoy the movement.

  • 15-Minute Arms 3

    Episode 6

    CHALLENGE This is an up tempo class that will really work the arms! Grab your hand weights and get ready to feel the burn! Aoife uses 2kg weights.

  • Cardio Sculpt 2

    Episode 7

    CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to combine some cardio with some slower paced exercises to strengthen and tone your body. Enjoy the movement and embrace the burn.
