4-Week Menopause Programme
4 Seasons
This 4-Week Programme has been created to support you through the menopause. Changes in our hormones as we enter this stage of life can impact us both physically and mentally. This programme was specifically designed by Aoife (a qualified Physiotherapist) to help with the symptoms of the menopause. You will be able to work on building strength and balance, as well as improving mobility and flexibility, all from the comfort of your own home and in your own time.
You can expect to feel strong and energised after completing this programme.
Equipment needed:
A comfortable mat
Light hand weights (1-2 kg)
Heavier weights (3-5kg)

This class is part of our Pilates For Menopause Programme. It will work the whole body in a gentle way, using just your body weight, to help support your body through the menopause.

Episode 2
This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates or you just want to bring things back to basics. It focuses on the Pilates technique for engaging your core and will gently tap into your deep core muscles.

This class is part of our Pilates For Menopause Programme. It will work on building strength in a gentle way to help support you through the menopause.

Gentle Pilates 1
Episode 4
This is the perfect class to start with if you're new to Pilates. You'll focus on engaging the core, your posture and alignment in each exercise to familiarise yourself with the correct Pilates technique, so you can get the most out of each exercise.
