4-Week Labour Preparation
4 Seasons
This is a 4-Week Pregnancy Pilates Programme designed for your third trimester. The focus is on relaxing the body and the mind, keeping aches and pains at bay, as well as preparing your body for labour. The classes will work on breathing exercises, gently maintaining strength, opening up the hips and relaxing the core and pelvic floor muscles, This programme is suitable right up until your due date, but as always, listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you.
Equipment: Weights - Large Yoga ball, light hand weights (1.5kg or 2kg)
***Every pregnancy is different, so we recommend checking with your GP or Consultant to ensure they are happy for you to continue with exercise at this time.

Prenatal Gentle Flow 4
Episode 1
For Moms-to-be this is a really gentle class to help get movement into your body, release tension and gently build strength in the glutes. Go at a pace that feels right for you and enjoy the movement.
No equipment needed. -

Prenatal Upper Body Class
Episode 2
For Moms-to-be, this is a great upper body focussed class that you can do throughout your pregnancy. Aoife uses a Yoga Ball and 2kg hand weights. Don't worry if you do not have any equipment. You can improvise by sitting on a chair and using tinned cans.

Back & Pelvic Pain Relief
Episode 3
For Moms to be, this class will focus on releasing tension in the lower back, the glute muscles and around the hips to help with pregnancy related Pelvic Girdle Pain and Lower Back Pain. This is a nourishing class that you can do right up until your due date.

SATISFY In this class Daniella will take us through a pregnancy friendly Yoga class that will focus on the breath and opening up the hips. This class is suitable for every trimester.
