    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • 10-Minute Gentle Abs 1

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • 10-minute Arms 1

    SATISFY This class will gently sculpt and tone your arms! If you want to add weights, feel free to grab some but it is also a really effective workout without them.
