    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Traditional 4

    BEGIN/SATISFY This whole body workout will have you feeling the burn in all the right places. Slow each movement down, focus on your form and embrace the burn!

  • 10-minute Arms 1

    SATISFY This class will gently sculpt and tone your arms! If you want to add weights, feel free to grab some but it is also a really effective workout without them.
