    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 1

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Hip & Glute Focus

    BEGIN/SATISFY This class is all about building strength in the hips and glutes. These muscles are really important to support the lower back and the pelvis. If you have lower back pain or you're new to Pilates, this is a really great class.
