This 4-Week Beginner Programme is the perfect introduction to Pilates.
This programme is designed to gently build strength in the core and the whole body so you can feel your best. You can expect to strengthen, tone and align in way that is gentle on your body.
Following this schedule, you will do 4 classes each week. You will need hand weights for some of the classes. Aoife recommends using 1 – 2 kg hand weights. If you don’t have them, tinned cans will work really well.

Week 1:

Gentle Burn & Sculpt
Hip & Glute Focus

Week 2:
Traditional 3
Gentle Burn & Sculpt
Traditional 4
10-Minute Arms + 10-Minute Gentle Abs

Week 3:

Back Specific Pilates 1 + 10-Minute Arms
Traditional 5
Hip & Glute Focus

Week 4:

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates or you're looking for a gentle abs focused class, this is the class for you. There is a focus on the correct technique in order to support the lower back. This is a great class to build core strength in a safe way!

  • Gentle Burn & Sculpt 1

    Episode 4

    BEGIN/SATISFY If you are new to Pilates and to Burn & Sculpt this is the perfect class to start with! You will work the arms, abs and the legs with this sequence. Aoife uses 1kg hand weights. If you don't have weights, improvise with tinned cans or water bottles.

  • Hip & Glute Focus

    Episode 5

    BEGIN/SATISFY This class is all about building strength in the hips and glutes. These muscles are really important to support the lower back and the pelvis. If you have lower back pain or you're new to Pilates, this is a really great class.
