30-Minute Sculpt 2 w/ Lorna
Lorna will take you through a 30-minute full body sculpt class. You will begin in standing with some balance work, before moving onto the mat for the remainder of the class. You can expect a slow burn, but you will be challenged.

30-Minute Barre 2 w/ Gareth
This is a 30-Minute Upper Body Focused Barre class led by Master Barre trainer Gareth Moran. It is a challenging class, but Gareth does include modifications if you need to take the intensity down.
