This is another of TPP's very popular Traditional classes. The goal is to strengthen, lengthen and tone your body using the Traditional Pilates approach.

Full Body Sculpt w/ Weights 1
This class will work the whole body, using hand weights. You will build on each exercise, adding on layers to add more of a challenge. You can expect a mix of mat work and standing exercises using your weights.
Equipment: Hand weights (optional: ankle weights) -
Advanced Sculpt w/ Band
This is a really effective full body sculpt class that uses the band to challenge you. You can expect lots of core work, bridge sequences and standing lunges.
Equipment: Mini band -
Pilates Strength 1
This class combines Pilates and weights to challenge your strength and control. There is a mix of standing exercises and traditional Pilates matwork in this class.
Equipment: Weights (Aoife uses 4kg - feel free to go lighter or heavier).
