    Equipment needed: Weights (2kg, 3kg,4kg or 5kg)
    *Aoife uses 4kg hand weights in this class

  • Full Body Sculpt 1 - No Equipment

    This class is all about sculpting and toning the body, using just our body weight. You'll feel strong and connected to your body after this class.
    No equipment needed.

  • 40-Minute Full Body Sculpt 1

    This is a challenging, but enjoyable sequence, that you will feel great after.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights (class can also be done without weights)
