21 Day Winter Sculpt

The 21 Day Winter Sculpt Challenge is here and it's going to help keep us motivated at this busy time of year.
The classes in this challenge will focus on strengthening and toning the body so we can feel our best. There will be 4 classes
scheduled each week that you can do any day and any time that suits you. This is your challenge, so tailor it to suit your schedule.
Equipment needed: Hand weights, Pilates ball (optional)

Class 2: 15-Minute Sculpt + 15-Minute Lean Legs
Class 3: Burn & Sculpt 3
Class 4: Cardio, Arms & Abs

Class 2: 15-Minute Booty Burn + 15-Minute Arms & Abs

CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to sculpt and tone the body, as well as getting a sweat on.

Legs & Booty Burn 2
Episode 2
CHALLENGE If you want to strengthen and tone the legs and the booty, this is the perfect class. It combines a nice mix of standing and mat work. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

6-Minute Abs 3

CHALLENGE This is an incredible ab burner! It's such a good class to do on its own, or to add to another. You will do 6 x 1-minute exercises, so its 6-minutes of work. Maintain your Pilates form and embrace the burn!

CHALLENGE This Burn & Sculpt class is the perfect class if your goal is to strengthen and tone the whole body. There's a mix of standing leg work, kneeling arms with weights, side lying exercises and core work on your back.

CHALLENGE This class is structured into 3 blocks of work. Each block has 3 exercises; 2 cardio and 1 core. Each exercise is 1-minute and you'll do each block twice. This is a great class to get a good sweat on. It's tough, but you'll feel great after it.
