    CHALLENGE This class focuses a lot on the booty and the core. You will use your Pilates ball quite a bit. Expect a predominantly mat based class with one standing sequence to work the legs.

    CHALLENGE This 15-Minute class is designed to challenge the abdominal muscles and the obliques so you can sculpt and tone your abs & waist. Focus on your form and embrace the burn!
