    CHALLENGE This 30-minute class does exactly as the name suggests, it works the arms, abs and booty. You will spend 10-minutes working each area to really feel the burn. If strengthening and toning your body is the goal, this is the perfect class.
    Equipment needed: Hand weights

  • Abs & Waist 2

    CHALLENGE This class focuses on abs and the waist line! Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body. This class will get your heart up and feeling that deep burn that we all love!

  • Burn & Sculpt 13th October

    CHALLENGE This class focuses a lot on the booty and the core. You will use your Pilates ball quite a bit. Expect a predominantly mat based class with one standing sequence to work the legs.
