This challenge is designed to help you stay consistent with Pilates in the lead up to Christmas. This can be an overwhelming and busy time, and very often comes with us neglecting self-care. We have put together this really accessible challenge that is low on commitment, but high on results. We all have 12-minutes that we can dedicate to ourselves each day.
