10-Day Pilates Ball Series
This 10-Day Series is all about experiencing the transformative effects of the Pilates ball. We have put together our 10 favourite Pilates ball classes for you to work through in order (you can work through them in 10 consecutive days or you can go at your own pace). This small piece of equipment is so cost effective, but has incredible benefits. Your strength, balance and control is really challenged. Every movement becomes so much more intentional and more intentional movement, means better results. We can't wait for you to experience the benefits of this series.

Full Body w/ Pilates Ball 1
This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.
Equipment: Pilates ball -
Abs w/ Pilates Ball
This class will challenge your deeper core muscles so get ready to embrace the burn. Remember to focus on your form and your breathing.

Barre w/ Pilates Ball
This is an advanced Barre class using the ball for an added challenge. Get ready to embrace the burn.
**Note: We stand on the ball for one exercise, so make sure it's not fully inflated. If it is, let a little bit of air out.

Slow Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball
This is a class that anyone on our platform can do, including our Moms to be. The moves aren't too challenging, but because we are working with the ball, you will be feeling the burn.

This full body class with the Pilates ball will challenge strength, balance, co-ordination and control. It is a challenging but enjoyable sequence.

12-Minute Core Focus w/ Pilates Ball
SATISFY/CHALLENGE This is the perfect class to target those deep core muscles. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

Legs & Booty Burn w/ Pilates Ball
This class brings such heat to the legs & booty. Your strength and balance will be challenged like never before. Enjoy this one and embrace the burn.

If you want to be challenged this is the perfect class for you. You'll work the whole body, but in particular the core with some advanced Pilates moves.
