  • Gentle Deep Core

    This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates or you just want to bring things back to basics. It focuses on the Pilates technique for engaging your core and will gently tap into your deep core muscles.

  • 8-Minute Gentle Abs

    This the perfect class to try when you're new to Pilates. It focuses on the Pilates technique to gently build core strength.
    No equipment needed.

  • 9-Minute Deep Core w/ Pilates Ball

    If you're tight on time, this is the perfect deep core class to really tap into those core muscles. This class may be short, but you will be feeling the burn. It's quite advanced, so we only recommend this one if you have been doing Pilate for a while.

  • 20-Minute Deep Core

    This advanced deep core class will challenge you from the start! We start gentle but work into our teaser.
    No equipment needed.

  • Deep Core Connect

    This is a core class that really focuses on your Pilates technique to help you target those deeper muscles. You can do this class if you're new to Pilates or if you're advanced. Everyone has something to gain from this deep core class.

  • Deep Core - Advanced

    This is a core sequence that will transform your strength. It is an advanced, challenging class, but Aoife provides modifications so you can move at your own pace.

  • 12-Minute Core Focus w/ Pilates Ball

    This is the perfect class to target those deep core muscles. Embrace the burn and enjoy the class.

  • Lower Core

    This class focuses on working the lower deep core muscles. We begin with an all-4 to plank sequence before moving to our backs for the remainder of the class.
    No equipment needed.

  • Advanced Core w/ Pilates Ball

    If you really want to challenge your core, this is the class for you. Remember to focus on your form and your breathing.

  • Deep Core & Waist Torch w/ Pilates Ball

    As the name suggests, this class will have your deep core and waist really feeling the burn. It's a more advanced class, but you will feel great after it.
