Standing Leg Flow
This is a really nice standing leg flow. It's challenging in that it combine lunges, squats and wide Barre squats for a deep burn, but we promise, you will feel great after it. You have the option to do this class without the weight if you want to take the intensity down.

This class is all about challenging and building our upper body strength. The reps are high so you will be feeling the burn in this class.
Equipment: Hand weights (Aoife uses 4kg, but anything from 2kg - 5kg will work depending on how you want to challenge yourself).
