This is a really nice standing leg flow. It's challenging in that it combine lunges, squats and wide Barre squats for a deep burn, but we promise, you will feel great after it. You have the option to do this class without the weight if you want to take the intensity down.
Suitable for pregnancy.
Equipment Needed: 1 x Heavier Weight (Aoife uses 4kg).
