  • 9-Minute Deep Core w/ Pilates Ball

    If you're tight on time, this is the perfect deep core class to really tap into those core muscles. This class may be short, but you will be feeling the burn. It's quite advanced, so we only recommend this one if you have been doing Pilate for a while.
    Equipment: Pilates ball

  • Standing Barre Arms

    This is an arms focused class with high reps and lots of pulses. We do the whole class in our wide Barre squat so we end up working the legs as well.
    This class is suitable for pregnancy.
    Equipment: Light hand weights (Aoife uses 1.5kg).

  • 6-Minute Stretch

    This is the perfect quick, whole body stretch to do after a run or a tough class. If you lack patience for stretching, then this is the class for you. It's so quick and it targets the main muscle groups. You will feel so good after it.
    No equipment needed.
